Victoria BC – Officers are continuing their investigation into two sexual assaults that may be connected.

On December 4th at 9:15 p.m. officers were called after a woman got off a bus in the area of Burnside Road and Carrol Street and an unknown man ran up behind her, slapped her buttocks and fled. The man’s described as Caucasian, five feet, six inches tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a brown, red, and beige knitted cap with stripes, a dark top and dark pants. The victim was not physically hurt.

On December 13th at 6:00 p.m. officers attended the area of the Galloping Goose trail near Gorge Road East when a victim reported that a man had grabbed her.  The women yelled at the man who ran away. The man’s described as five feet, four inches tall, slim build and wearing a black hoody with the hood up. The victim was not physically hurt.
