Have you Seen Pamela Fletcher?

Victoria BC – Officers are asking for the public’s assistance as we work to locate missing person Pamela Fletcher.

 

Pamela is a 59-year-old Caucasian woman standing five feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has grey/brown hair and brown eyes.  

 

 

Pamela was reported missing to VicPD on January 26^th and was last seen downtown this morning at 9:00 a.m.
