Suspicious Package Located Near Courthouse

Victoria BC-  Officers are continuing their investigation into the suspicious package that was located at the Provincial Courthouse, located in the 800-block of Burdett Avenue, this morning.

Officers were called at approximately 9:40 a.m. this morning after a suspicious package was located. The Courthouse was subsequently evacuated and our officers are working to ensure public safety.

The package has been deemed not to be a threat and the roads have been opened up around the Courthouse.
