Victoria BC – Major Crime Detectives are continuing their investigation into a robbery that occurred Thursday night which may be related to two others this past week.

On April 11th, at about 7:40 p.m., officers attended the 1600-block of Fort Street after the report of a robbery at a local business. The suspect fled prior to the arrival of police with and undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect was described as a Caucasian man, wearing a grey balaclava, black shirt, and dark pants.

After an initial investigation, it is believed that the same suspect is related to two other robberies:

  •         April 5th in the 2900-block of Douglas Street where a business had money and cigarettes stolen.

  •         April 11th, just after midnight, in the 800-block of Bay Street where a business had money and cigarettes stolen.

Investigators are releasing surveillance photographs from all three robberies in the hopes that somebody will recognize the suspect.
