Victoria, BC – Effective immediately, the front counter of VicPD headquarters at 850 Caledonia Avenue, and the front counter of Esquimalt Division at 500 Park Place, will be closed until further notice.

As part of our efforts to ensure that we are able to maintain operational readiness during the COVID-19 pandemic we are asking members of the public to utilize our non-emergency line, or, where possible, report incidents online.

We are working on additional ways to offer our Front Counter and other services online and by phone. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work towards these solutions.
