Victoria, BC – Effective immediately, our program which provides pick-ups of found bikes is being halted until further notice.
As part of our efforts to ensure that we are able to maintain operational readiness during the COVID-19 pandemic we are asking for your patience as we temporarily suspend pick-ups of found bikes. We still encourage members of the public to report found bikes online here: https://vicpd.ca/services/report-a-crime-online/.
We also ask that, until further notice, found bikes are not reported by calling our non-emergency line. Our front counter and lobby areas are also closed. Please report found bikes online.
We will receive your online report and pick up the bike as soon as operationally possible.
