Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are asking for public assistance in locating wanted man, Michael Friesen.
Michael is wanted on a number of outstanding unendorsed warrants for fraud related offences including: fraudulent use of identification, unauthorized use of a credit card, and possession of stolen property for the purpose of trafficking. Investigators believe that Michael is actively evading police detection.
Michael is described as 37-year-old Caucasian man with short brown hair and blue eyes. Michael is six feet, one inch tall, and weighs approximately 220 lbs, with a medium build. Michael has a tattoo of a skull on his left forearm and the word “justice” written on his right forearm. A photograph of Friesen is below.
