Victoria, BC – A suspect was arrested after a man was stabbed in the 200-block of Gorge Road East last night.
Patrol officers were called to a multi-unit residential building in the 200-block of Gorge Road East just before 9:30 p.m. last night for a report that a man had been stabbed. Officers arrived and located the victim. The victim, a building resident, told officers that another building resident attacked him and that he had been stabbed during the altercation. The victim was transported to hospital by BCEHS paramedics where his injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening.
Officers located the suspect and took him into custody a short time later. He was transported to cells where he was held for court.
