Victoria, BC –Isabelle Mahaffy, who was the subject of a high-risk missing person alert earlier today, has been located. She is safe.
A member of the public spotted Isabelle and called police, staying with Isabelle until officers arrived. Officers then transported Isabelle to reunite her with her family.
