Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are warning the public after a City of Victoria staff member reported that they found an uncapped needle taped to a park bench in Centennial Square this morning. The needle was reported to be placed such that someone who sat on the bench would have been harmed.
The City is Victoria staff member located the needle at approximately 10:50 a.m. It is unknown if there were any injuries.
