UPDATE | High-Risk Missing Man Located And Taken Into Custody Safely

Victoria, BC –Albert Bedard, who was the subject of a missing person alert yesterday, has been located by BC RCMP officers. Albert, who was considered a potential risk to himself or others, was safely taken into custody.
