Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are looking for witnesses as they investigate after fishing line was strung up at a building in the 1200-block of Johnson Street overnight Wednesday.

A resident called police after discovering significant amounts of fishing line had been strung at neck height outside the multi-unit residential building overnight between September 30th and October 1st. The resident cut the line down and removed it before anyone was injured.
