Victoria, BC – Officers with VicPD’s Behavioural Assessment and Management Unit (BAMU) are asking for public assistance in locating high-risk offender, Douglas McPherson, who is wanted on a Canada-wide parole revocation warrant and believed to be in Victoria.
Douglas McPherson is a federal parolee with a history of convictions for bank robbery. McPherson is a high risk to re-offend.
Douglas McPherson is described as a 64-year-old Caucasian man with short grey hair and blue eyes. He is five feet, eleven inches tall, and weighs approximately 160 pounds, with a medium build. A photograph of Douglas McPherson is below.
