Victoria, BC – Investigators are asking for public assistance in locating wanted man, Richard Strocel.
Richard Strocel is wanted on unendorsed warrants for sexual assault and breach of an undertaking.
Richard Strocel is described as 61-year-old Caucasian man with grey hair and hazel eyes. Richard is six feet, one inch tall, and weighs approximately 180 pounds, with a slim build. A photograph of Richard Strocel is below.
