Victoria, BC – Gorge Road remains closed at Harriet Street this evening after a pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in a collision with a vehicle.
VicPD Patrol officers, along with Integrated Road Safety Unit and Saanich Police Traffic Safety Unit officers all responded to the scene near the intersection of Gorge Road and Harriet Street just after 5:30 p.m.
VicPD investigators will be on scene for several hours as we investigate. The road will be closed in the area for several hours and traffic in the area will be disrupted. Please continue to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
