Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are asking for your help as we work to identify the occupants of a vehicle who may be able to provide information for an ongoing investigation.
The vehicle is described as a small, black four door sedan. It was in a parking lot of the A&W restaurant at 860 Esquimalt Road, at 6:16 p.m. on Thursday, January 21st, 2021. A photograph of the vehicle is below.
