Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are asking for your assistance as we work to identify a maskless suspect in a theft of adult items from a downtown Victoria business.

On Thursday, April 1st, 2021, staff at a romance business in the 2000-block of Douglas Street reported that a man had stolen adult items from the store. Staff reported that just before 10 p.m. that night, the man entered the business while not wearing a mask. The staff member was not physically injured in the incident.

The stolen items are valued at approximately five hundred dollars.

The business has installed well-placed, high quality surveillance cameras. These captured the incident on camera and the suspect.

The suspect is described as a 30 to 40-year-old Caucasian man standing five feet, nine inches tall. The suspect wore a black baseball hat, black hooded sweater, blue t-shirt, and jeans. Photographs of the suspect are available below.
