Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are asking for information after a stabbing in Victoria last night.

Shortly after 11 p.m. on July 1St, Patrol officers received a report that a man had been stabbed in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue. The victim attended VicPD headquarters at 850 Caledonia Avenue to report the stabbing and seek first aid.

Officers provided first aid to the victim. B.C. Emergency Health Services paramedics transported the victim to hospital. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the attack.

Officers investigated the incident and learned that the man was stabbed shortly before 11 p.m. by an unknown man in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue. The suspect is described as an approximately 20-year-old Caucasian man standing five feet, eight inches tall. The suspect had blonde hair, wore a brown sweater and a green hat.

This file remains under investigation. Officers are seeking witnesses and information regarding this incident.
