Victoria, BC – VicPD officers are asking for your assistance to locate Franklin Cook, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after failing to return to his community-based residential facility in Victoria.

Franklin Cook is serving a more than five-year federal sentence for armed robbery, disguise with intent, break and enter, and administering a noxious substance. Franklin Cook is described as a 35-year-old Indigenous man standing five feet, six inches tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
