Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are asking for your assistance as we continue to work to locate high-risk missing 25-year-old woman Abigayle Singh. Officers are also seeking information about Anthony Assu, who may be in the company of Abigayle Singh.

Abigayle Singh is described as a 25-year-old Indigenous woman standing five feet, four inches tall with a slim build, weighing approximately 125 pounds. Abigayle has long brown hair and brown eyes. A photograph of Abigayle is below.

Have you seen high-risk missing woman Abigayle Singh?

Abigayle was last seen in Victoria over one month ago. She was the subject of a missing person notice earlier this month. She is known to frequent the 900-block of Pandora Avenue. While investigators have no indication that Abigayle is at immediate risk of harm, the circumstances under which she has gone missing, and the length of time she has been missing, are considered high-risk under B.C.’s Missing Person Standards.

Abigayle may be in the company of Anthony Assu. Anthony is described as a 31-year-old Indigenous man standing six feet, two inches tall, with a slender build. Anthony has short brown hair and brown eyes. A photograph of Anthony Assu is below. A missing person investigation is not a criminal investigation, and being a missing person is not a criminal offence. Officers are working to locate Anthony as they believe he may have information about Abigayle’s whereabouts.
