Victoria, BC – Investigators are asking for witnesses or those with CCTV footage to come forward after a person was stabbed multiple times in the 1500-block of Quadra Street this morning.
B.C. Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) contacted VicPD just before 4:30 a.m. stating that they were responding to a call that a person had been stabbed multiple times.
Officers arrived and located the victim with multiple stab wounds that were wrapped in improvised dressings. The victim initially refused medical treatment and indicated they did not want to speak with officers. BC EHS paramedics arrived and, with the assistance of officers, were able to convince the victim to let them see where they had been stabbed.
