Victoria, BC – Penelope Stevens, who was the subject of a high-risk missing person alert earlier today has been located. She is safe. Thank you to the member of the public who spotted Penelope, called 911 and stayed with her until officers arrived, as well as everyone who shared her information. You helped bring this file to a safe conclusion.
