Victoria, BC –  On March 1 just after 3:00 p.m. a father was entering a retail outlet in the 1600-block of Hillside Avenue with his 3-year-old daughter when they were approached by a suspicious man. The man asked the father if he wanted to sell his child and offered to give him money. The father felt threatened by the man and reported the incident to VicPD that evening. The suspicious man is described as Caucasian, in his 70’s, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall with a heavy build, balding with a shortly-clipped haircut and possibly wearing glasses.
