Victoria, BC – Investigators have confirmed the suspicious death on Pandora Avenue on September 14 was a homicide.
In the early morning of September 14, 2023, officers responded to a call from BC Emergency Health Services about a man in medical distress in the 1000-block of Pandora Avenue. The man later succumbed to his injuries. A VicPD community update about this suspicious death was issued that same day.
Investigators with the Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit (VIIMCU) have determined that the man’s death was a homicide. Risk to the public is considered low and continues to be monitored.
