Tristan Pakosh graduated from the Reserve Constable program in February of 2018. Tristan joined the Victoria Police Reserve program as he wanted a volunteer position that was diverse in duties and that was related to his career.  He currently works in security and has aspirations of advancing in the security field. Volunteerism is important to Tristan and it allows him to learn new skills and gives him a great sense of accomplishment.  He has also volunteered with the Camosun College Walk Safer program and at Mount Saint Mary’s hospital. His favorite part of the Reserve program is the training provided to all Reserves which has been a major confidence booster. Tristan also really appreciates having such a supportive team.

It is our pleasure to recognize Tristan for his contribution to the Victoria Police Department and the communities he serves.
