We need your help. A stolen iPhone is mass dialing 911

Victoria, BC – We need your help to locate a suspect in the neighbourhood of Sitkum Road who using a stolen iPhone to repeatedly call 9-1-1.

This suspect is tying up the emergency lines for legitimate 9-1-1 callers. We have received approximately 375 calls in 2 days.

The stolen device is a silver iPhone5 in a black rubber case.

Every effort is being made to locate this person and stop this from continuing.
