Victoria, BC– VicPD Investigative Services Detectives are investigating the report of the discovery of a shell casing in the 1100-block of Government Street.
VicPD officers were called to a building in the 1100-block of Government Street at approximately 5:30 a.m. after staff located what appeared to be a shell casing on one of the floors.
VicPD officers searched the floor to ensure the welfare of the guests. There are no known injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and is in the initial stages. Investigators do not have any suspects at this time.
