VicPD Requesting Public’s Assistance identifying Man Regarding a Suspicious Circumstance

File # 14-38182 Date: Friday, September 12, 2014 Victoria, BC – VicPD Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man in regards to a suspicious circumstance which occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 23, 2014 in the area of Pembroke and Government Streets.VicPD is looking to speak with a male that may go by the name of ‘Ray’ and is described as a Caucasian man, approximately 50-years old, 5-foot-11 and was described as having gray hair, glasses, wearing a plaid shirt, jean shorts and Crocs.The suspect may have access to a blue 4-door SUV.If you have any information please call the VicPD non-emergency line at 250-995-7654 or the VicPD Detective Tip Line at 250-995-7444.
