Observed driving offences that you wish to file for general information purposes only or have a violation ticket issued on your behalf.

Observed driving offences where you want the incident documented for general information only or feel enforcement action is required and you want police to issue a violation ticket on your behalf. There is almost a 100% dispute rate where the person getting the ticket wishes to go to court to dispute your allegations. Because of this, you must be willing to attend Traffic Court to give evidence to a Justice of The Peace if required.
