Victoria, BC – Patrol officers are investigating after an assault in Centennial Square yesterday afternoon.
Shortly before 4:30 p.m. yesterday, Patrol officers responded to multiple reports of a fight involving multiple people, including men and women, in Centennial Square.
Patrol officers attended and located an injured man. The suspects had left the area prior to police arrival. The man was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers are continuing to investigate to determine the identities of those involved in the incident. This incident occurred less than an hour after officers responded to two simultaneous reports of armed persons, one of which was in Centennial Square.
